What we keep, and what we don't
A click adds 1 to the link's counter. Our database keeps nothing about the person who clicked.

Common questions
Do I need an account?
No. Paste a link above and shorten it right away. Without an account, a link works for 30 days, and up to 10 of your links can be live at once from your network. A free account keeps links with no expiry, up to 100 at once, with each link's clicks in a dashboard.
What happens after 30 days?
A link made without an account stops redirecting after 30 days, and anyone who opens it is told it has expired. Its short address is never given to anyone else. Links in an account don't expire unless you give them an end date.
Do you track the people who click?
No. A click adds 1 to the link's counter. Our database stores nothing about the person who clicked: no IP address, device, browser, referrer or location. Short links set no cookies.
Where is my data?
Linkonda's app and database run on Microsoft Azure in the EU (West Europe and Germany West Central). Some services we use, such as email delivery, payments and site statistics, may process data outside the EU; the privacy policy names each one.
Can I change a link after printing it?
Yes, from Plus and up: change where a saved link points, and the short link and its printed QR code open the new address. Links made without an account, or on the Free plan, can't be changed.
